05/13/08 Phishing emails targeting LavaNet users

UPDATE 5-13-08: Mail sent to hotmail.com, msn.com, microsoft.com appears to be delivered with testing. Emails that had delivery failures over the weekend may need to be resent.

verify/confirm account information. These emails are not from LavaNet, and
should be deleted.

Update! DSL back up at 5am this morning. 10/10 The DSL outage has been resolved. Some customers may have experienced their DSL connection being down from 7pm last evening to 5am this morning. This was due to hardware failure at the Hawaiian TelCom central office. Currently all lines should be up and running.

DSL Outage - 10/9, 7:00 p.m
There is a partial outage for DSL service that affects some of our customers that started approximately 7pm this evening. Hawaiian TelCom is currently working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Our Systems Department is in communication with HiTel gathering current updates on the situation. We apologize for any inconveniences and thank you for your patience.
